Capabilities

  • Panum provides on-site training at the customer’ resident location and/or deploys mobile training teams to CONUS and OCONUS locations to execute full-spectrum technical instructor and training support services. Our on-site training services are provided through platform instruction, field training, simulation and simulator delivery methods, and encompasses over 95 percent of the Army’s logistics/sustainment Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) for enlisted, warrant officers and officers attending various Primary Military Education (PME) courses. The completion of specified courses results in the award of globally-recognized professional certifications, including Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT), and several Allied Trades certifications.
  • Panum offers maintenance training, including two-level maintenance (TLM) repair operations training, which enables military maintenance teams to support field and sustainment maintenance operations, thus ensuring a more efficient maintenance process and increased readiness levels. This process includes Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) training, which optimizes design, development, acquisition, and testing for equipment and parts. The ILS team also performs inventory and storage per military-regulated logistics automation systems.
  • Panum offers a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who support the Warfighter with pre-deployment training within a joint and combined environment. Training is performance-oriented (hands-on) and focuses on pre-deployment functions and deployment automated systems, including the Unit Movement Officer Deployment Planning Course, the Air load Planning Course, the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES) and the Transportation Coordinators Automated Information Management System II (TC-AIMS II).
Panum develops course/curricula and training materials, including POIs, and lesson plans using the process of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating (ADDIE) for all three domains of learning, including Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development. The ADDIE methodology in its totality or modified version, with applicable automated tools, such as the Training Development Capability (TDC) and Blackboard are used to support individual and institutional development goals. ADDIE is also used to develop and assess courseware and other education training products. Panum ensures training materials comply with DoD and other agencies’ training guidance, and we integrate recommendations regarding the methods and technologies used to achieve educational objectives. Panum continuously evaluates new training technologies and methodologies and makes recommendations for their introduction and use to facilitate and enhance training effectiveness.
Panum has developed 54 lessons equaling 443 Academic Hours (AH) of training for MOS 915A (Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer); developed and revised 845 technical lesson plans and produced nineteen POIs for Advanced Individual Training (AIT), Advanced Leader Course (ALC), and the Senior Leader Course (SLC), and developed and trained Navy Special Operations forces and ATF agents on several chemical defense equipment sets.
