Panum Awarded a Contract to support USDA OCIO DISC with Organizational Communications Support Services

Bethesda, MD – Date: April 19, 2022 – Panum announced it has been awarded a contract to assist USDA Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) with Organizational Communications Support to provide Project Scheduling, Project Coordination Support, and Program Management services.

Panum will assist DISC Senior Leadership to create a centralized overarching plan to transform and modernize the project plan that outlines Organization Change Management (OCM) project deliverables and identifies the interdependencies between the individual projects. Panum will also assist in executing communication of all projects internally and externally to DISC employees and key stakeholders.

Panum’s proven subject matter experts (SMEs)will assist the agency in the implementation of new resources, business processes, and system changes that support the evolving organizational structure or cultural changes within the agency.
