Panum awarded a Contract to support USDA OCIO DISC ENS with Authority to Operate (ATO) Compliance Support Services
Bethesda, MD – Date: May 3, 2022 – Panum announced it has been awarded a contract to support USDA Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC), Enterprise Network Services (ENS) with the development of USDANet ATO and assist in the accreditation of other ENS owned systems.
Panum’s proven Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will perform critical tasks in support of USDA’s overall USDANet ATO process including cybersecurity service installations and testing, application of USDA approved network and cybersecurity configurations, documenting and testing network and cybersecurity services, and assisting USDA with USDANet service authorization and accreditation (A&A) completion all leading to ATO.
Panum will ensure all the tasks are performed in compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework, Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS). Panum will use USDA cybersecurity policies and best practices, compliance and A&A processes, and Risk Management Framework guidance to achieve the client’s mission.
