Bethesda, MD – April 5, 2022 – Panum announced it has been awarded a 5-year Task Orderto assist USDA Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) with PeopleSoft administrative support services to provide technical, functional, and other production support in building, administrating, and general day-to-day maintenance of PeopleSoft application infrastructure. This infrastructure is used to provide managed PeopleSoft administration services to USDA and other Federal customers utilizing National Finance Center (NFC) EmpowHR solution.

Panum will also assist the agency in capacity planning, including but not limited to hardware, software, application Storage Area Network (SAN), upgrades, security and application patching, performance, tuning and Disaster Recovery of the production hosted application.
