Panum has been appraised at the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 of for Services (SVC) and Development (DEV). This means that our organization’s processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. It also independently validates our dedicated efforts towards continuous improvement and producing great work that makes a difference.

Panum has been re-certified as meeting the ISO 9001:2015 standards for business and technical consulting services in information technology, acquisition support, project management, financial management, and training to the federal government. Panum has a long history of being ISO 9001 certified starting with ISO 9001:2008 in 2011. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system for an organization that needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Of the seven guiding quality management principles (QMPs) of ISO 9001:2015, Panum emphasizes (a) Customer Focus (b) Process Approach and (c) Improvement principles in its day to day service delivery to its customers while following the other four principles in managing the day to day operation of the company.

Panum is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified since 2017. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard provides requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). By following this standard, our organization safeguards information assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or other information entrusted to us.

Panum is ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certified since 2017. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2a011 is a service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.

Panum is ISO 14001:2015 certified since 2019. The ISO 14001:2015 standard specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance.
