Panum

Corporate Social
Responsibility

Pcare

With, Panum’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effort, Panum Cares (PCare) we have established a set of sustainable CSR initiatives to facilitate a four-pronged approach enabling employees to have a positive impact in the communities we live in. These initiatives include participating in Governance & Ethics, Philanthropy & Volunteerism, Diversity & Inclusion, and our newsletter, Panum Thrive.

Everything we do at Panum follows Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules. Our Ethics and Compliance Program promotes and ensures ethical conduct, honesty and integrity throughout our business operations. It is built on the foundation of our four core values- Integrity, Quality, Respect & Teamwork. These values are shared with our employees, contractors and partners to produce a corporate culture of doing the right thing in the conduct of the company’s business-every day.

Our approach is giving back to the communities in which we live. We believe in and work towards creating positive social impact through comprehensive non-profit partnerships and active employee engagement efforts towards causes we all believe-in. We work on measurable outcomes for our social investments to help transform the lives of those most in need. And when we asked our employees what they cared most about, the response was-Veteran Support, Children and Hunger. As a result, we have focused our philanthropy and volunteerism efforts in these areas with ongoing support for disaster relief.

  • Panum Donates $24,900 to COVID-19 Relief Efforts

Panum is committed! In 2020, Panum employees participated in COVID-19 relief efforts by contributing $24,900 to non-profit organizations, in association with Panum’s Angel Foundation, AmArican-Indus Corporation (AIC), a non-profit, 501C (3) foundation.

Panum also donated $8,300 to We Are Family DC, a Senior Outreach Network Organization. Our contribution provided 675 bags of groceries delivered to inner city seniors who were restricted from traveling due to COVID-19. Additionally, we have donated $16,600 to the National Direct Relief Organization to aid in purchasing Personal Protective Equipment for the healthcare heroes on the frontlines supporting our communities in fighting COVID-19.

During the COVID pandemic, several employees volunteered their personal time to distribute the grocery bags in the DC area. We realize by setting the right example, we can inspire our employees and other organizations to join in the effort and do their part when it comes to social and environmental responsibility.
