Bethesda, MD – Date: July 5, 2022 – AxumFed, a Joint Venture between Axis Management Group and Panum announced it has been awarded a contract to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) with acquisition management support services.

AxumFed will provide acquisition and financial assistance support services for Fee Management Section (FMS) and Systems Management Unit (SMU) as well as other SEVP mission areas. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will support SEVP with project and acquisition management, advanced planning that enables system and organizational change management, and responsive project management that meets the changing SEVP workload efforts and goals. 

Our SMEs will also provide expert advisory services in support of acquisition and financial-related matters that result in drafting contract requirements packages, drafting solicitation documents, financial analysis, and other documentation associated with the execution of the contract and financial actions.
