Panum Awarded a Contract to support USDA FNS OPS with development of Microsoft PowerApps and Project Management


Bethesda, MD - October 16, 2021 - Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a contract to assist USDA FNS, The Office of Policy Support (OPS) with development of Microsoft PowerApps and other tools to help improve the ability of the Agency to track and perform tasks more efficiently. Panum’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will advise OPS personnel on the best tools for specific projects and will propose innovative solutions to help develop a high-performance project. Panum will also provide Project Management to assist the EGA Division in supporting public affairs activities within the USDA Food and Nutrition Service (FNS)’s Office of Policy Support by providing administrative, technical, and management support. Panum is the recipient of a Multiple Award 5-year BPA with a $200M ceiling to support HUD with Acquisition and Program Support Services


Bethesda, MD - October 15, 2021 - Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to assist the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) to provide Acquisition and Program Support Services to support Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, and program offices. Panum's team of proven Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will provide services that shall include Pre-Award and Post-Award Acquisition and Program Management Support Services including but not limited to, support of the following Agency efforts: market research, contract formation, contract modifications, solicitation development, file documentation, requirements definition and development, and contract closeouts. Panum Awarded a Contract to support USDA with Organizational Change Management


Bethesda, MD - October 3, 2021 - Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a contract to assist USDA OCIO’s (Office of Chief Information Officer) Enterprise Network Services (ENS) with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) transition. Panum's team of proven Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will implement an enterprise transformation strategy across ENS by providing advisory services and thought leadership to assist OCM with the transformation, institutionalizing processes, methodologies, and strategic goals, while working closely with government employees to help achieve the OCIO ENS mission. As the ENS prepares for the USDA’s transition to the new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions, Panum will help the ENS Office by providing innovative solutions that scale to meet future needs and improve operational outcomes. The goal is to help ENS transform the way government agencies purchase and manage their network services. This change involves a shift from being primarily a governance and backbone management organization to one responsible for the delivery of these services. Panum Awarded a Contract to Provide Nutrition and Project/Program Management for USDA FNS CNP


​Bethesda, MD - September 27, 2021 - Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a four-year contract to provide nutrition and project/program management support to assist the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Child Nutrition Programs (CNP), with project initiation, planning, coordination, monitoring, and oversight of the full portfolio of nutrition-related training and technical assistance projects and activities to ensure proper project execution and risk mitigation. USDA’s FNS, CNP supports national efforts to ensure food security and promotes sustainable food systems by putting Federal meal pattern requirements into action while also meeting the operational needs of school districts and program sites. In order to further their mission, Panum will provide Nutritionist SMEs to provide nutrition-related training, research & technical assistance on a number of projects/services for CNP operators. Panum Awarded a BPA to support USDA FNS SNAP with Technical Assistance Support Services


Bethesda, MD — September 20, 2021 — Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a five-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to assist USDA, Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) with technical assistance support services related to all aspects of the SNAP Online Purchasing Pilot (OPP), mobile payments pilot, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system and regulation modernization, State EBT system conversions, and EBT management evaluations to support effective and efficient program administration, improve program integrity, and enhance SNAP customer experience. SNAP is the cornerstone of the Federal nutrition assistance safety net, serving as the first line of defense against hunger. SNAP provides nutrition assistance benefits via electronic debit cards to millions of low-income people to supplement their food budgets so they can purchase more healthy food. Panum Awarded a Contract to assist USDA with Consumer Research Support Services


Bethesda, MD - August 30, 2021 - Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a one-year contract to conduct formative consumer research to examine the viability of sample Thrifty Food Plan (TFP) market baskets as part of the TFP re-evaluation. The USDA FNS Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP) develops and promotes dietary guidance that integrates scientific research to consumer nutrition needs to improve Americans' health and well-being. TFP is one of four dietary plans which serves as a national standard for a nutritious low-cost diet that specifies food categories and levels to ensure Nutrition Security. In order to further their mission, USDA is re-evaluating TFP to include current nutritional guidelines as well as updated statistics on current food costs, food composition data, and consumption patterns. Panum will provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct in-depth consumer research to test targeted consumer sample market baskets, to ensure that resource-constrained households can have a better future for a healthy, practical diet. Panum will also provide expertise for the OMB package approval process and development of the OMB package. Panum Wins a Contract to Provide Human Resource Services for USDA


Bethesda, MD - June 5, 2021 - Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a task order to support USDA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Client Experience Center (CEC) with comprehensive financial management, travel management, and employee services support. Panum’s team of proven Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will assist the Business Services Division (BSD) with supporting the influx of nearly 100,000 end users to CEC’s IT support. This complex endeavor allows Panum’s team of SMEs to utilize emerging technology in support of BSD to streamline and automate processes, as well as develop and sustain programs critical to supporting CEC’s expanded IT infrastructure. Panum’s leadership in the areas of budget management and analysis will allow us to ensure support for seven business lines and 34 different business services. Our SMEs will develop projections, cost models, metrics, and annual rates for provided services and collaborate with technical users to capture information. Additionally, our deep bench of training talent will allow us to provide administrative support for AgLearn, USDA’s Learning Management System, including providing onboarding and creating new courses as requested. Panum will also provide BSD with background investigation support to help safeguard critical IT infrastructure. Our support will include creating, updating, and removing profiles for federal and contract employees and ensuring that background investigations are properly assisted and moved through the process to completion. Panum staff will also facilitate travel management, including supporting day-to-day operations, migrating travel card data to a new platform in accordance with applicable regulations, and auditing travel vouchers.
