Panum Wins a Contract to Provide Human Resource Services for USDA
Bethesda, MD — June 5, 2021 — Panum Group, LLC (Panum) announced it has been awarded a task order to support USDA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Client Experience Center (CEC) with comprehensive financial management, travel management, and employee services support. Panum’s team of proven Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will assist the Business Services Division (BSD) with supporting the influx of nearly 100,000 end users to CEC’s IT support.
This complex endeavor allows Panum’s team of SMEs to utilize emerging technology in support of BSD to streamline and automate processes, as well as develop and sustain programs critical to supporting CEC’s expanded IT infrastructure. Panum’s leadership in the areas of budget management and analysis will allow us to ensure support for seven business lines and 34 different business services. Our SMEs will develop projections, cost models, metrics, and annual rates for provided services and collaborate with technical users to capture information. Additionally, our deep bench of training talent will allow us to provide administrative support for AgLearn, USDA’s Learning Management System, including providing onboarding and creating new courses as requested.
Panum will also provide BSD with background investigation support to help safeguard critical IT infrastructure. Our support will include creating, updating, and removing profiles for federal and contract employees and ensuring that background investigations are properly assisted and moved through the process to completion. Panum staff will also facilitate travel management, including supporting day-to-day operations, migrating travel card data to a new platform in accordance with applicable regulations, and auditing travel vouchers.
