Panum Wins Contract to Provide Training Support for U.S. Army SCoE
Bethesda, MD — December 7, 2020 — Marton Technologies, Inc. (Marton), a subsidiary of Panum Group, LLC (Panum), announced it has been awarded a one-year task order supporting the U.S. Army Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCoE), Army Logistics University (ALU) Logistics Captains Career Course (LOG C3)/Reserve Component (RC), and the Basic Officer Leaders Course (BOLC).
This contract supports ALU’s mission of training Army officers to the highest standards and ensuring that combat commanders are adequately supported during Army, joint, and combined operations by providing logistics officers who are technically and tactically competent. As such, Marton’s qualified instructors provide doctrinally relevant, performance-oriented instructor training and training development support services using Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) approved programs of instruction. Forty-three courses are taught annually using various training delivery methods including classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, simulator, and field exercise training.
Marton’s best in class approach to both hiring instructors and pedagogy makes certain that the U.S. Army will receive the highest quality level of instruction possible for this mission-critical endeavor. For any large, complex, and highly visible training program, careful oversight and detailed reporting are essential. Marton will apply ISO 9001:2015 certified quality standards to ensure that the training we provide through SCoE enhances operational and mission effectiveness.
