Panum to Support USDA, the Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC-BC), Grants and Agreements Division (GAD)

Bethesda, MD – April 10, 2020 – Panum Group, LLC (Panum) has been awarded a BPA Call to provide the USDA Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC – BC), Grants and Agreements Division (GAD) with technical expertise and operational support services for grants and agreements functions.

Issued under the USDA ARS BPA, this work effort includes Pre and Post award activities, such as preparing new agreement packages, amendments, reviewing and processing pay requests, managing the project period of performance schedule, evaluating on-going status reports, final reports, assisting with grant close-out, and other deliverable products required under the grant program.

Panum Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will be responsible for managing and coordinating actions and documents related to grants, cooperative agreements, inter-agency agreements, and other non-assistance agreements between FPAC and a variety of Federal, State and local governments, non-profit entities, and institutes of higher learning.
