Panum Group, LLC Promotes Retired Air Force Veteran to Vice President, Human Capital Management
Bethesda, MD — November 4, 2019 — Panum Group, LLC (Panum), a fast-growing, leading professional services organization that provides management consulting, professional services and technology services to the Federal Government, today announced the promotion of Mrs. Crystle Flowers, former Director of Human Resources, as the company’s new Vice President, Human Capital Management.
Over the past three years, Crystle has served as Director, Human Resources with direct responsibility and accountability of employee relations and development, as well as workplace compliance at Panum. She provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans to include compensation, benefits, labor relations and training and development.
At Panum, Crystle will continue to lead the Human Resources department, providing direction for talent acquisition and management of the growing number of staff. Over the last three years, Panum has experienced rapid growth, increasing the number of staff from approximately 115 to over 750 personnel. This growth is critical in Panum’s transformation from a Small to a Large Business, which has come as a result of new contract awards and the acquisition of Marton Technologies, Inc. During this transition, Crystle’s extensive experience in Human Resources will be instrumental to Panum’s growth and success.

Crystle has 12 years of Air Force experience as a Senior Human Resource Manager. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Park University and an MBA from Webster University.
