HARDSHIP WITHDRAWALS: Will be permitted under current plan provisions.
ROLLOVERS: Rollovers or transfers from other qualified plans are permitted to be made into this Plan by an employee, even prior to completion of the eligibility requirements. The plan can accept your rollover from a qualified plan of another employer, either directly from that plan, or via a qualified plan IRA account that does not contain monies from any other source.
INVESTMENT FUNDS: This is a Self-Directed Plan, and employees are responsible for all investment decisions. Listed below are the American Funds which are available for investment in the Pension Plan:

PLAN PARTICIPANT ACCOUNT INFORMATION: Plan Participants can view account balances, change investment allocations, and exchange assets between investment options online or through a voice response system (VRS) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Internet access – Participants can use American Funds Retirement Planning Center website at http://www.americanfunds.com/retire. When logging in for the first time, participants will use their Social Security numbers as their user IDs and the last four digits of their Social Security numbers as their passwords. They then will be prompted to create a custom ID and password. Instructions on the website will walk users through the required steps. In addition to providing account information, this website also connects participants to educational content and calculators to help them with retirement planning.
Voice response system (VRS) – Participants also can access account information by calling the toll-free VRS at 877/833-9322 and following the prompts. |
