SACF Program Services

Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED),  took a major step in expanding its own service and the capacity of the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) network by establishing the SACF Program, which enhances and expands the level and scope of services. Offered by SBDC. SACF provides third party, for profit, private-sector consulting services in specialized disciplines to Maryland small, minority and micro-enterprise businesses, whereby short term (usually less than three months), specialized consulting services personnel can be retained to work with qualified DBED and SBDC clients who meet SACF guidelines. SACF has funding in the amount of $250,000 for each fiscal year to support direct, third party consulting services to business clients and the associated administering services.

 

Panum Group  has been selected by DBED as an Expert Consultant for the SACF program  to provide the following business support and consulting services:

· Business Strategy

· Business Development

· Marketing/Public Relations

· Information Technology (IT) Services.

 

Funding for this service may partially be provided by the State of Maryland’s Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED) so long as your business is a client of the MD Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Network and has been accepted into the SACF program.
